Pricing & Payments

Delivery & Pickup

Delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed to the exact minute due to weather, traffic, holidays, or order volume.

Once an order has been delivered to the recipient, left at the delivery address provided, or picked up from our studio, PETALA is no longer responsible for the condition of the flowers or handling circumstances.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the order when necessary.

Custom & Pre-Orders

Custom arrangements and pre-orders are created specifically for your selected date and may not be canceled, refunded, or substantially modified once preparation or sourcing has begun.
