Delivery Policy
PETALA proudly offers local flower delivery throughout Cleveland and surrounding areas.
Delivery Area
We currently deliver within approximately 30 miles of our Parma studio. Delivery availability and pricing are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address provided.
If you experience any issues placing an order for delivery, please contact us directly and we will do our best to assist you.
Delivery Timing
Customers may select their preferred delivery date and timeframe during checkout.
While we always do our best to deliver as close as possible to the selected timeframe, delivery times are considered estimated and may vary slightly due to weather, traffic, holidays, or order volume.
For time-sensitive deliveries or special requests, we recommend contacting us before placing your order or leaving detailed notes in the special instructions section at checkout.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees vary depending on distance and are automatically calculated during checkout.
Orders over $200 may qualify for complimentary local delivery within select areas.
Recipient Availability
Please ensure that the recipient’s name, address, phone number, and delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may:
• Leave the order in a safe location when appropriate
• Contact the recipient directly if possible
Once an arrangement has been delivered to the provided address, PETALA is no longer responsible for the flowers or environmental conditions affecting them.
PETALA does not offer complimentary re-delivery for unsuccessful delivery attempts caused by incorrect information, unavailable recipients, or inaccessible delivery locations.
Pickup Orders
Pickup is available from our Parma studio during store hours or by arranged appointment.
Customers will receive pickup instructions and confirmation once the order is ready.
Holiday & High Volume Periods
During holidays and high-volume periods such as Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day, exact delivery timing may be more limited due to increased demand. We strongly recommend placing orders in advance whenever possible.
