PETALA offers local flower delivery across Cleveland and surrounding suburbs.

Same-day delivery is available for select arrangements from “Here and Now” collection and orders placed before 12 PM. Availability may vary during holidays and high-volume dates.

Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on distance and delivery location.

Delivery or pickup date and time can be selected directly in the cart page before checkout.

While delivery windows are approximate, we always do our best to accommodate the selected delivery time as closely as possible.

If your order includes any specific delivery requests or timing details, please leave them in the Special Instructions box at the cart page or contact us directly before placing your order.

Every bouquet is thoughtfully wrapped and delivered with complimentary water packaging and our signature carrying bags to ensure freshness and presentation upon arrival.

For oversized arrangements and specialty designs, packaging and delivery structure may vary based on size and composition.

Pre-orders are available for seasonal and specialty blooms, subject to market and supplier availability. We always confirm availability as soon as possible after your order is placed.
